The US Ambassador in Athens Geoffrey Pyatt, mentioned the prospects for large American companies in many sectors to invest in the South Aegean area and especially in the islands during his speech in ‘Business Conference’ that took place in Rhodes Island, on Tuesday.

The Business Conference was held in Rodos Palace hotel where among the distinguished guests was the Alternate Minister of Development and Investments, Nikos Papathanasis, the Seccretary General for Greeks Abroad and Public Diplomacy, John Chrysoulakis, american greek elect senators from many States of USA, local elect authorities and the President of World Inter – Parliamentary Union of Hellenism (WHIA), Lou Raptakis.
The main subject was ‘Invest in South Aegean – A Sea of Opportunities’ and the guests had the chance to talk about the perspectives of such business projects.
Mr Pyatt spoke about the large american investments in Greece and he expressed his hopes for further business in the country.
