The Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelensky declared his optimism after the meeting in Kiev with Odile Renaud, the President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
In his personal account in twitter, Zelensky wrote:

We had a constructive and warm meeting. European Bank for Reconstraction and Development – the largest investor in Ukraine. We are happy to work on reforming the country, improving energy efficiency and the investment climate.
The €2 billion EBRD has committed to #Ukraine over the last two years alone is a great foundation for delivering even more as the country emerges from the pandemic.
