Brexit is a headache for european banks – A ‘Bad’ European Union Bank is going to handle the debt

Brexit is going to create problems in european banking system. Next month United Kingdom is going to leave European Union and the european banks preparing for ‘the day after’ because there is no equivalent in bank services.

At the same time when European countries facing the sanitary crisis of the coronavirus pandemic,  the european banks are looking for a way out for liquidity and the loans that turned ‘red’.

The next step is to create a ‘Bad’ European Union Bank which is going to control and handle the european debt. Certain countries such as Greece, will have to face their problems and
